I needed a problem solver, a fixer to help me sort out a plan for one of my business lines.    We had the classic problem of being to close, ‘couldn’t see the forest for the trees’  Daeschner Consulting really help us work through what was important.  They looked at our problems through a financial, organisational and operational lens and put together a plan that was practical and could be achieved. Once the plan was in place, Daeschner Consulting checked in regularly to ascertain that the plan was working. This kind of approach moved them from being consultant to business partner.
